Gem Trust Northampton(Gulzare e Medina Islamic Welfare Trust). Northampton over the years has grown and with it the Muslim population has grown considerably with this growth the Sunni population has also grown in vast numbers.

For the last seven years Gem Trust had been working with its members to establish a centre where the important dates in the calendar are observed without any hindrance to ourselves and our neighbours and without hiring halls and different venues at different locations.

The achievement of our centre is not only to participate in Daily prayers but also to form a strong community bond with the youth and the ladies of the community who are most venerable.

The youth are venerable due to the outside influences and before they go astray and become involved in criminal activity we as a community and as responsible members of our town feel that PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE.

The ladies have very little social life outside the HOME and could socialise and network with others to organise a better social calendar for themselves.

Our community centre will also offer 5 Times Daily prayer facility plus all the events such as Monthly GARWEEN SHARIF, Jumah prayers , children education, facilities for janaza and any other event.

We are fortunate we have ample car parking space and if used sensibly than this should be not a concern for ANY NEIGHBOURS AT ALL.
